I’m Stephanie Unthank-Latter, a mindfulness teacher based in the UK, working internationally. I’m a qualified mindfulness supervisor and teacher and specialist in leadership coaching. My background in business consulting, behavioural and mindset change is steeped in both professional and lived experience of more than 20 years. I am famous for improving mind health, and helping humans connect more deeply with life’s journey through creative and science backed means.
