Stephanie Unthank is a modern, dynamic wellbeing professional with a unique ability to bring both depth and spark to the field of mind health. With a career spanning over 20 years in organisational change and culture transformation, including time in the global banking sector, she now dedicates her energy to empowering individuals, groups and organisations to thrive.

Stephanie is the founder of Infinity-Wellness, co-creator of Attention Savvy, co-author of the Mindful Bee series of children’s mindfulness books (published 2025) and the current Director of BAMBA (The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches). She works across education, corporate, and charity sectors to design and deliver impactful wellbeing strategies, retreats, and learning experiences that change how people think, feel and respond in today’s fast-paced world.

A qualified Menopause Coach and Early Years Mental Health Specialist, Stephanie has been supporting people professionally since 2004 and leading wellbeing and mindfulness programmes since 2016. She is a registered Supervisor, Teacher, and Trainer with BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches), offering deep, ethical guidance to fellow professionals across the UK and beyond.

She brings a modern, inclusive and relational style to all she does, making her especially skilled at engaging diverse groups and helping people reconnect with their inner resilience, creativity and calm. She’s known for her warmth, clarity, and ability to bring fun and lightness into even the most serious wellbeing work.
