Individuals

 

We offer a range of individual and private client programmes, one-to-one for 4, 6, 8, or 10 week sessions, centred around mind health coaching tailored to your personal needs and desired outcomes.

Each one-to-one programme is created bespoke to your needs. You choose a member of our Mind Tribe to best support you. Each member is highly trained to gain the most positive outcome – available online or in person.

Typically, our individual programmes might cover topics and include the teachings of techniques and resources that could support you in:

  • Reduce stress and alleviate anxiety
  • Develop an ability to focus and concentrate better
  • Calm the nervous system
  • Build confidence day to day
  • Develop habits that support wellbeing
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Grow in patience and listen deeply
  • Respond to challenging situations in a supportive way
  • Create space in your life to connect more to what is important

We also offer courses in breath work and more broadly general health to include nutrition and physical fitness programmes.

Body Works


Discover the body works movement and reconnect mind and body

 

We spend so much time living in our heads which is propelling anxiety, stress and depression at an alarming rate across western society. Thoughts are not always facts, but for many life feels so overwhelming that they believe that all thoughts are real.

A propensity for emotional thinking can increase worry, anxiety and is damaging to our mental health. When living in times of heightened distraction and declining mental health, reconnecting your mind through your body is of great benefit.

Stephanie is a trained movement and Qi Gong (Chinese medicine) teacher. She shares first-hand knowledge about how gentle movement can have a significant impact on how we think, feel and behave.

Body works programme:

  • Meets weekly from April to October across Ashford district and the Kent Coast
  • Meet on a Friday morning at 7am for 30 minutes via Zoom 
  • Participants are free to have their cameras off during classes but encouraged to be a part of the Zoom community and `show up’ in all their glory on camera
  • It also runs day and half day workshops throughout the year both face to face and via zoom
